SHIPPING RATES
At Kundalini Kisses, we aim to keep the cost of shipping affordable for all of our customers. For this reason, we charge a flat rate - the cost of which is dependent upon your location/postcode - on 95% of our product offerings, no matter what you order or where you live.

$34.95 flat rate
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.
SHIPPING TIMES:
To most major countries, it typically takes 3-21 days for an order to reach its destination. This excludes product preparation, packaging and processing. Exact delivery times will vary, but our goal is NOT to exceed 21 days.

*We do not deliver to P.O boxes or Parcel Lockers or incomplete details, Your order will not be sent until a street address is given. After 21 days with no communication order will be cancelled and a 20% admin fee will be applied before refunding.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES:
It's always our goal to ship your items together; however, we keep our prices low by partnering with multiple suppliers to provide the best possible pricing. In some cases your items will be shipped together, other times they'll be shipped separately.
With some orders, we ask the warehouse to split the items to eliminate the risk of custom or import charges. Depending on the location, this often means that larger orders will be broken up in to separate packages.
Not only does this help to avoid unexpected import charges, but it also means that your packages will show up more quickly.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.
Kundalini Kisses is unable to reroute packages. We can only change the address before the order has been dispatched.
Please note that if you have provided us with an INCORRECT or UNDELIVERABLE address (as deemed by the carrier) for your order, and it is returned to us, in order for us to re-ship your items to you, you must supply us with an address that our choice of carrier (usually Auspost) will deliver to.
Also, if return-to-sender fees have been uncured by the return of the order to us, then these are to be paid by you plus the cost of return shipment and the re-shipment of items back to your newly nominated address.
These return and re-shipment costs will be calculated on actual costs and be a minimum of $19.95 per parcel (note that we subsidise freight costs 95% of the time).
If Kundalini Kisses have made the mistake then we will cover ALL costs to get the package re-sent to you promptly.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
If you have made any error please contact Kundalini Kisses at contact@kundalinikisses.com.au ASAP so we can make any changes for you. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped you will need to pay for a re-delivery or return delivery fee. Refused packages are subject to an admin fee.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, broken or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number and our customer care team will look after you.
OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonable satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.

Kundalini Kisses ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://kundalinikisses.com.au)
("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to
the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and
agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our
service.
  1. General
    Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
    website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
    be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
    fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
    prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us
    to process a refund.
  2. Shipping Costs
    To keep shipping costs affordable we charge a flat rate – the cost of which is dependent upon your location/postcode – on 95% of our product offerings, no matter what you order or where you live. Domestic Shipping (Australia only) $14.95 International Shipping $34.95.
International orders are subject to import, duties, and customs taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches the country of destination. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local carrier may be able to give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
  1. Returns
    3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
    Please note we only offer an exchange for change of mind returns, we do not offer refunds.

    You will be responsible for all shipping charges to facilitate a change of mind return. Any order returned due to a “change of mind” that is deemed eligible for an exchange, will be processed with an 18% admin fee applied which covers irretrievable costs incurred, less all shipping costs.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
(Kundalini Kisses) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund
the value of any shipping paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Kundalini Kisses will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is
submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will
reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Kundalini Kisses to
process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Kundalini Kisses products are warranted against manufacturer’s defect (from date of purchase) for:
  • 6 months for yoga mats
  • 30 days for apparel
  • 30 days for accessories
Product covered by the Kundalini Kisses warranty will be replaced at Kundalini Kisses discretion.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED:
The following are NOT covered by the Kundalini Kisses warranty nor are the above covered when any of the following are prevalent:
  • Deterioration as a result of misuse
  • Overexposure to extreme heat or yoga mats being left in cars
  • Damage caused by negligence, misuse or alteration of products
  • Damage caused by wetting non-waterproof products
  1. Delivery Terms
    4.1 Transit Time Domestically
    In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 10 days

    4.2 Transit time Internationally
    Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 - 22 days. This
    varies greatly depending on the courier that has been selected.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 5-10 business days of payment of order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these
instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping and Parcel Lockers
Kundalini Kisses will not ship to P.O. box and Parcel Lockers addresses. We are
unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
4.6 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and
dispatch the rest of the order.
4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation.
  1. Tracking Notifications
    Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
    able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
    available by the shipping provider.
  2. Parcels Damaged In Transit
    If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the
    parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
    parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
    service with next steps.
  3. Cancellations
    If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
    accept cancellations at any time before the order has been made. If an
    order has already been made, please refer to our refund policy.
  4. Insurance
    Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
    courier.
8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed
their investigation into the claim.
8.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an
investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
